3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3.4 Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. PVL88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided.
3.5 PVL88 may, at its absolute discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.
3.6 Players in Malaysia are advised to independently verify the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local laws.
4.1 To register an Account, a Player must complete the registration form on the PVL88 platform, providing a valid email address, chosen username, and other required personal details.
4.2 KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Players must submit valid government-issued identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad, driver's licence, or passport), along with proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
4.3 KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days. PVL88 may request additional documentation at any stage if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
4.4 Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Account login credentials. PVL88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by a Player's failure to secure their credentials.
4.5 Should a Player believe their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact PVL88 support immediately via 24/7 live chat.
5.1 By accessing PVL88, the Player agrees to use the platform solely for lawful, personal gambling entertainment purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of PVL88 or any third party.
5.2 Players must not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfere with its technical operation, or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
5.3 The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially generates bets or circumvents the Platform's normal operations is strictly prohibited.
5.4 PVL88 reserves the right to void any bet, cancel any promotion, or suspend any Account if it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached.
5.5 Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that PVL88 does not guarantee any outcome or profit from gambling activity on the Platform.
6.1 PVL88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks), and select cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB (BEP20).
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet transactions and MYR 100 for FPX / bank transfers. Minimum crypto deposits are equivalent to approximately MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate.
6.3 PVL88 does not charge deposit fees. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
6.4 Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to verification of identity. PVL88 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.5 E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes.
6.6 PVL88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
6.7 Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately. Players may only withdraw real funds (and bonus-derived winnings that have met applicable wagering requirements). Unfulfilled bonus funds will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
6.8 PVL88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Player's Account balance in cases where security or compliance checks have not been satisfactorily completed.
7.1 PVL88 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time of the offer.
7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be staked before winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
7.3 Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
7.4 PVL88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and in the process of being wagered will be treated in accordance with the terms under which they were issued.
7.5 Bonus funds may be subject to game-type restrictions. Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
7.6 The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is available on BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, and BNB deposits. Standard wagering requirements apply. One claim per player per calendar month.
7.7 The Brand Migration Bonus (up to MYR 588) is available to verified players who can demonstrate prior tier status at another platform via screenshots or account history. Tier-matching is at PVL88's absolute discretion and is not guaranteed for all previous tier levels.
8.1 All bets placed on PVL88 are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable to that event. Rules are available in the platform's betting rules section and are updated periodically.
8.2 Mix Parlay bets — a popular format among Malaysian football bettors following EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, and AFF Cup matches — are subject to the following: if one leg of a parlay is void, the parlay continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds. If a minimum of two valid selections remain, the parlay stands.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or obvious pricing error that results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, PVL88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected players.
8.4 PVL88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market at its discretion, including for players identified as engaging in systematic sharp betting or arbitrage activity.
8.5 Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. PVL88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets and may suspend markets at any time without prior notice.
8.6 All bet confirmations are recorded in the Platform's system and are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to review bet slips before confirmation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PVL88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all Account balances:
10.1 PVL88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or compliance concerns.
10.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PVL88 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including real money funds and bonus funds, without prior notice.
10.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting PVL88 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unfulfilled bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
10.4 Players who have requested self-exclusion may not request account re-opening during the agreed exclusion period. Requests received during this period will be declined.
11.1 All content on the PVL88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, software, game content, and written materials — is the exclusive property of PVL88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without express written permission from PVL88 is strictly prohibited.
12.1 PVL88 provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times, including during peak demand periods such as major sporting events (e.g., EPL match nights, AFF Cup finals, or World Cup qualifier fixtures).
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PVL88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform.
12.3 PVL88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit PVL88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
